Galoupet, one of only eighteen estates classified in 1955, bottles its wine in amber glass to protect it. You cannot see the pink until it is poured. Part of the wine is aged in large oak casks, which gives it more weight than the usual poolside rosé: white peach, citrus and salted almond, with a long mineral finish.
